Whether you're here to unwind, reconnect with nature or simply enjoy a slower pace of life, our peaceful conservatory room and rural setting offer the perfect escape to the heart of the Yorkshire Countryside.
Inside Artichoke Barn
Inside the barn, you'll find a thoughtfully styled space that blends rustic character with gentle luxury. The oak beams and stone walls are original to the 18th-century building, while the furnishings are soft, comfortable, and curated with care.

The conservatory room offers tranquil views of the garden - the perfect spot for slow morning coffee or an evening glass of wine as the sun sets. With its private entrance and elegant interior, it’s a space designed for rest and quietude.

We are located a short distance from Kirkby Overblow. Harrogate is 20 minutes by car, Leeds centre 30 minutes, and York a 35 minute drive. To avoid parking in York, which is expensive, Pannal train station is 10 minutes away, and you can enjoy a pleasant train journey to York, or Leeds. The grounds here are completely surrounded by farmland, and there is a public footpath bordering the property.
